It’s that time! The glorious time to start thinking about Christmas! MY FAVORITE TIME! We will decorate our house the weekend after Thanksgiving, and it’s probably my favorite weekend out of the whole year. Just lots of family time and eating! I also love the Christmas shopping, and always start early to avoid any stress. See my post here on staying stress free during the holidays! I put together this guide for the kids first and the rest will be coming soon! What we do with our kids is they get three gifts to open from Santa. Finley is old enough now to kind of tell us what he wants, so that is so fun! The items I have here have been our favorites this year and some new ones I want to try too!

Finley got his scooter a few months ago, and it’s the perfect size for a toddler! They also sell the toddler helmets and it’s so easy to fold up and take with you. We’ve started taking it places like the park so he can ride alongside us while we walk. Anywhere there is pavement this scooter can go! Right now Microkickboard is having a sale through December 5th. 3) A few nice pieces for their closet and always nice pajamas
I always buy a few nice items of clothing or shoes that I actually want for their closet. A jacket that might be more than I usually spend, or a tee I really want. I always buy myself nice pajamas and we wear pajamas a lot, so this is always a staple in our house!
4) Toys that are a little different and will last a long time
These magnets we got as a gift and have LOVED putting them together and also learning our shapes at the same time! You can buy really big kits of these and add on as well.
We use these Crayola books a lot too. Mess free painting and coloring-great for the car as well. I always stock up on them!
Can we please talk about this bag?! I bought this last year for my niece and it’s just so cute. I actually have the same one in my size in black. TDE is a really great company and you can monogram for free! I would say the best age for this bag would be 2.5 years old and up.
I use this wagon ALL THE TIME! When Finley was 1 year-2 years I used it for everything-mall, zoo, parks, you name it. It’s so convenient and roomy and light and I just loved it. This is super affordable, and their customer service is great too!
