Willow Pump

When I was asked to review the Willow Pump I was not expecting to need to use it as much as I have needed too. See post here on my breastfeeding struggles. I have LOVED my Willow Pump more than I ever thought I would. I was actually not able to breastfeed so was exclusively pumping and feeding with bottles and with a toddler in tow, this would have NEVER worked out without being hands free with the Willow. I have a Medela pump at home as well, but I’m obviously strapped to the wall with it and that’s not easy with two kids at home! The Willow is super easy to use, hooks up to your phone and you can throw it in your bag and just go whenever you want! I did the majority of my pumping in the car because both kids were contained! At home I would do one breast at a time so I could always have my hands free-I did feel like both at the same time was a lot but doable with a good bra. I liked using a stretchy sports bra best, but did support my breast a little while pumping. I just didn’t want to spend a lot of money on more nursing bras because I already had some. You need good supportive nursing bras that can stretch up and over the pump.

The bags hold 4 oz each and your pump will turn off when it reaches the 4 oz, and you can also track it on your phone on the app! I just carry a little insulated bag with me with an ice pack and pop out the bags when I was on the go! It has really been such a lifesaver.

*Thank you to WillowPump for gifting my pump. All thoughts and opinions are my own*
